Demetria Lister, Co-founder, CEO
Demetria’s journey to founding KINDE Technologies is a testament to her passion for helping businesses succeed. She holds a degree in Corporate Communications and a certificate in Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin. Over the past 10+ years, she's honed her skills across a diverse range of industries to gain invaluable insights into operations, customer service, and what truly makes businesses tick. As a Certified Business Analyst Professional, Demetria worked directly with countless business owners, identifying their pain points and crafting effective solutions. It was during this time, and through connections made at various conferences, that KINDE Technologies organically took shape. Driven by a desire to extend her reach and empower even more businesses, she co-founded KINDE with a mission to provide kind, efficient, and tailored support.
Demetria also enjoys giving back to her community to serve populations that need it most. She served two terms on the Board of Directors for AAYLC, a youth organization in Colorado focused on building leaders in the community. When she's not immersed in the world of business, you can find Demetria with her nose in a book, or seeking to understand the mysteries of the universe.
Kaelyn Dawnyea, Co-founder, COO
Kaelyn is an operations powerhouse with over a decade of experience in executive support, business process improvement, and strategic operations. She has become a go-to partner for executives and organizations aiming to enhance efficiency and drive sustainable growth. During her time at Meta, Kaelyn led a team of executive assistants supporting global executives, managing complex priorities across multiple time zones. Her deep involvement in intellectual property and AI has equipped her with specialized knowledge in emerging tech operations. At The University of Texas at Austin, she played a pivotal role in managing multi-million dollar research initiatives, working alongside some of the brightest minds in academia. Whether she's designing operational frameworks, implementing new technologies, or optimizing executive support functions, her approach is always proactive, strategic, and results-driven.
Outside of her consulting work, Kaelyn is a devoted animal advocate, an avid reader who finishes over 100 books per year, and a dedicated lifelong learner—always eager to stay ahead of the latest business and technology trends.
